How to Wash Your Cashmere Scarf

To keep your cashmere scarf soft and in excellent condition, follow these washing instructions carefully.

Hand Washing (Recommended)

1. Use Cold Water – Fill a basin with cold or lukewarm water. Avoid hot water, as it can damage the fibres.
2. Choose a Gentle Detergent – Use a mild wool or cashmere-specific detergent. Avoid harsh chemicals or fabric softeners.
3. Wash Gently – Submerge the scarf and swirl it lightly. Do not rub, stretch, or wring the fabric.
4. Rinse Thoroughly – Drain the soapy water and rinse with clean, cold water until all detergent is removed.

Drying Instructions

• Do Not Wring or Twist – Instead, gently press out excess water.
• Lay Flat to Dry – Place the scarf on a clean towel, reshape it, and leave it to air dry away from direct sunlight or heat sources.
• Avoid Hanging – Hanging can cause stretching and distortion.
